Chapter 1816 Chapter 1809: Supreme Existences

Outside the Armored Boon Stellar Region, a specific region was rife with activity that only a few could ever hope to notice, shrouded by a concealment formation that evaded all except Soul Perception. A carved-out space was used to establish a subspace realm, and within that realm were prominent existences. Specifically, their Incarnations.

Suo Haoran was there. By his side was a modest-dressed, homely, and uniquely beautiful Tianshi Ya. She had failed her task to emerge victorious in the game of Mystics against the foreigner, but under Suo Haoran's protection and supreme-level strength, her status was unaffected. In fact, her display of subtle intimacy with Suo Haoran had elevated her status in the eyes of those with exalted statuses. Not even Tianshi Zaoxuan, the Zenith Creation Alchemic Saint, could dismiss her as a simple relative any longer. This was the heavy benefit of having a Supreme Sage at your back.

Not only that, Tianshi Zaoxuan had done the unthinkable and unexpected after their relationship had been solidified—on her glabella, despite being a mere Incarnation, sported a unique Alchemic Rune that bolstered her inherent charm. Not even she had expected such a wild shift in her life's trajectory. Her overwhelming loss had somehow transformed into her greatest fortune. She was quite clearly showcasing her newly granted importance in the eyes of the Zenith Creation Tower. With Suo Haoran at her back and the support of Tianshi Zaoxuan, she had a greater chance of becoming the next Zenith Creation Alchemic Saint. At the very least, greater than the other competitors.

Within the subspace realm were not only Suo Haoran and Tianshi Ya but three other existences, all exuding auras at the Microheaven Envoy Phase. They were mere Incarnations, with the weakest having the strength of a below-average True Sage cultivator.

One of them was none other than Elephant-Tigress Sovereign whose body remained skinny despite being an Incarnation. It only had the strength of a True Sage at their weakest. She was dressed in an overly large set of orange and green robes that were incredibly baggy over her thin figure. Despite her somewhat emaciated-looking state, she carried a type of undeniable weighty soul-luring charm that tugged at the soul, allowing one's perception to sense the pride and ferocity within her.

Another was the Golden Night Sovereign, the Supreme Sage and Sovereign Knight of the Seer of the Night. She no longer wore her voluminous black robes, adorned entirely in a form-fitting black and gold-colored long-sleeved dress that was rather revealing, exposing both cleavage and her fantastic pair of long legs, while translucent ribbons swirled majestically around her slender figure, bestowing her a regal and free-spirited charm. Her skin was as ashen white as a ghost, yet it only exposed her flawless skin without any blemish or wrinkle, as if no man or flow of time had ever touched her tender skin while her long locks of dark hair gently moved without wind. She was beyond majestic and devilishly alluring with her golden irises gazing upon the world.

The last was a man of hulking form yet excessively handsome looks, exuding masculinity at its peak no inferior to Wei Si. He stood at eight feet in height and his arms were thicker than Tianshi Ya's head. He exuded an extraordinary physical presence that caused the three dimensions of space and the Void to move alongside his every action.

And this was ONLY an Incarnation.

While it was shown heavy care, heavily cultivated to reach the near-peak True Sage level, likely rivaling a seventh-tier, nine breaths True Sage. In the Utmost Purity Mist, this was the pinnacle strength among Sages. That said, as a Resonant Soul Realm's heavily cultivated Incarnation, this wasn't much of a surprise.

He was the Sovereign Knight and Founding Patriarch of the Primal Peerless Pavilion, also known as the Abhorrent Sky Sovereign. The Primal Peerless Pavilion was the #2 among all pavilions across the entirety of the Utmost Purity Galaxy, located in the Transformation Zone, and renowned for their devastating strength of having not one but TWO Supreme Sages!

If the eight sages of the Resolute Dusk Galaxy were here, they would instantly recognize the fluctuations of the Law of Momentum that Teng Jiangwen, no Zhan Jiangwen, wielded to clash with them in their territory!

"Long Shiya, must you always exert that aura of yours?" The Elephant-Tigress Sovereign spat with grievance. Her Incarnation was fairly new, barely able to resist such an intense fluctuation of power without feeling discomfort.

Long Shiya was none other than the Abhorrent Sky Sovereign!

"Dongfang Yue—," he paused dramatically as his deep voice thundered outward, "—YES! HAHAHA!" His laughter shook the subspace realm as Dongfang Yue scowled with an ugly expression laced with killing intent.

"Be wary, Long Shiya. If you anger her further, she might just offer herself to the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint in exchange for your head," Suo Haoran commented. This only angered Dongfang Yue to an extreme as she openly growled, her aura on the verge of exploding.

After all, Wei Wuyin had invited her to the Original Dawn Palace multiple times in an open fashion, and his last threat had made her a joke among the galaxy's supreme existences. Yet none of them here took her seriously. Perhaps her previous state, despite having not consolidated her cultivation base, was enough to give them hesitancy. After all, she still had hundreds of thousands of years to cultivate effort to back her Resonant Soul Realm cultivation base. Now, it was no different than as if she was both injured AND severely injured.

She wouldn't be a meaningful threat for countless years. To add, the Mystic-Heaven graded Zenith Transformation Tower had suffered significant damage due to the Mythical Punishment, further weakening her standing and backing by a significant degree.

As for Heavenly Alchemic Saints? Who among them didn't have either a Supreme Seer or Heavenly Alchemic Saint behind them? It was even reported that Heaven-Saint Zenith Creation had suffered as well! A single Mythical Punishment almost sundered the entirety of a tower's legacy.

That said, when they saw Su Yi fight against not one, not two, but SIX Mythical Punishments and survive, the various organizations against him were no longer able to sleep comfortably. They saw the damage of a single Mythical Punishment, and Su Yi had revealed strength beyond that at the mere Mystic Overlord level. What if he became a True Sage? Entered the True Soul? Became a Resonant Soul Realm cultivator? Wouldn't he be able to unleash a galactic slaughter of all his enemies with impunity? Was Long Shiya and the Golden Night Sovereign not here because of that potential outcome? After all, he and the Seers of the Night had taken action against and harmed Su Yi in various ways, especially the latter. 𐍂аƝồBЁs

This wouldn't be much of an issue if that damned foreigner just minded his own business and allowed them to take Su Yi, extract his secrets, and then obliterate him in soul and body with absolute certainty. They didn't wish for him to recover. They definitely couldn't let him recover! They would be stupid to do so.

At the moment, while they chatted, their gazes reflected the images of Su Yi and Yue Baoyue. They couldn't discern details of their conversation, but they could freely observe their situation.

If it wasn't for Su Yi's position and near-crippled state being the only position of the Original Dawn Palace they could view at a distance, not only would they not be here, but they would have long since stormed the Original Dawn Palace. Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint or whatever be damned!

If he wanted a fight, the Seers of the Night and various others like Long Shiya would give him just that! But this window of perception smartly cooled their tempers.

Outwardly viewing in, the average spectator would assume that Wei Wuyin took a liking to Yue Baoyue and was thus granting her seven days. In fact, every action and indication showed that this was a subtle attempt at courting Yue Baoyue, and it was something that Yue Baoyue herself believed as time passed! The dress! The safety! After all, there was no real benefit to doing this from their perspective. Unless he was after Su Yi's secrets. But he had already said he wouldn't fight for Su Yi's secrets for seven days. A delaying tactic? Was there a need? That would only give your enemies who are fighting for the same fortune time to form alliances and prepare in their own home, no different than making things much greater in difficulty!

For example, Long Shiya had joined this former union of three Supreme Sages! This was a four Supreme Sage alliance backed by three out of the seven towers.

That said, if not for the conflicting opinions of favoritism vs dislike that the two Supreme Sages of the Primal Peerless Pavilion had, Su Yi would not have lived this long.

As for the identity of the second Supreme Sage? They were none other than the Primal Star Sovereign! The Dwarf-sized Star-like existence that fought aggressively against the Golden Night Sovereign for Su Yi's sake! However, now that Su Yi's secrets were exposed, how could Long Shiya care about that little lass' thoughts?

So doing all this roundabout delaying felt strange to the galaxy's elites. Wei Wuyin was an ever-growing enigma that kept them guessing, and every probe they sent was also strangely received. By this point, they had become more or less familiar with Wei Wuyin's strange qualities.

The Golden Night Sovereign didn't care about their little spat, glancing at Su Yi who seemed to be attempting to meet Wei Wuyin with only a day left on the clock. Her brows furrowed.

"Do you think Shadow Veil's intel is correct?" The Golden Night Sovereign asked, her voice as charming as the serene Night, enough to allow any man or child to rest comfortably at the sound of a humming tune.

Just a while ago, Shadow Veil didn't conceal Qin Yingying's discovery and verified something they had all felt wasn't possible.

The Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint wasn't a Supreme Sage.

Normally, they would scoff given all that Wei Wuyin had showcased in terms of ability, but after some thinking, there was a significant possibility of it being true.

"Absolutely," Suo Haoran was already believing that Wei Wuyin wasn't a Supreme Sage. This only served as additional evidence to back that up. After all, the Alchemic Edict wasn't easily defied without consequence. Unless the edict didn't include you. Back then, Wei Wuyin had aggressively spat in the face of an Alchemic Edict and the issuing tower didn't respond. Why exactly? That was because they didn't feel any backlash. In their eyes, originally, the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint had fled long ago and was using an illusory art to project false strength. They didn't care enough to issue another, especially since they had already pushed the boundaries of allowed interference with the game of theirs still ongoing.

Now, it was highly likely that the tower just wasn't affected because he wasn't a Supreme Sage-level existence! This reasoned that the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint, this abnormal and unexpected foreigner, was relying on Supreme Heavenly Treasures of Time, Space, and Imperial origin to unleash all these fabulous things.

"I think he's an Architect on the level of a Supreme Forger who specializes in Heavenly Treasures, while simultaneously being an Alchemist. He's leveraging external power, but not a single person has dared to directly challenge him, so his facade has remained untouched" Long Shiya might be a hulking man but he had a keen mind, and while his guess was wildly inaccurate, his words resonate perfectly with the other's thoughts and the overall situation.

"Hmph! All bluster and bluff. Nothing more!" Dongfang Yue spat viciously, her eyes leaked killing intent as a ferocious mystic power imbued with soul light and heavenly radiance, emulating a lesser resonant qi, swirled around her fingers.

"Then accept his invitation to his palace," Suo Haoran indifferently side-eyed Dongfang Yue. All her current words and actions felt more like bluster and bluff than anything else.

And as expected, she unnaturally froze at his words. She was an exalted figure above countless others, standing at a peak of all lesser galaxies, and could stand on equal terms with the apex powers of greater galaxies, yet she was repeatedly smashed into the ground with irrefutable mocking and increasingly frustrating events. She wanted to KILL! No one here gave her another glance. Not even Tianshi Ya.

If she wasn't courageous enough to be the greatest probe, what was all this theater for? Them? It better not be.

"I will say that we have been testing him," Suo Haoran recalled the information he received just earlier of Wei Wuyin's concoction. They reported false reports of thirty-three Arising Sage Elixirs crafted over thousands of years having just been completed. Further investigations led to them realizing the influence of a Time Law that somewhat rivals a Major Authority. It was clear that Wei Wuyin was just playing with them like clowns. Who would believe that he could establish a Temporal Zone that had a one-day to a thousand or thousands-year ratio for a non-Supreme Sage? Not even they could achieve such an accelerated flow of time with all their might.

"Ha! Testing?" Long Shiya felt dissatisfied with everyone's so-called testing or probing. A mere Heavenly Saint? A few offending words? It all felt like utter bull shit to him. If they wanted to test his might and cultivation, there was a super simple way.

Tianshi Ya calmly asked, "Then why don't you go and test him?" When she spoke those words, Long Shiya's eyes flared with thunderous might, turning her way. A mere Worldly Saint? A mere Mystic Ascendant…dares speak here?! Did she think she had the qualifications?!

Tianshia Ya instantly felt her Incarnation on the verge of fading, and the feedback would likely grievously wound her true body and spirit! Suo Haoran's aura exploded outwards, shrouding Tianshi Ya, immediately blocking the devastating assault on her spirit from afar, and glared with a ferocious intensity at Long Shiya.

"Pah!" He didn't elevate his aggression, but he didn't relent as he spat on the floor. His meaning was clear. This woman, even an Exalted Worldly Saint Alchemist with a chance to become a Heavenly Alchemic Saint, better know her damn place in this world. There were those inferior Heavenly Alchemic Saints that he wouldn't give face to, let alone her. While he wouldn't kill due to the protections in place, punishing her a little so she suffered for the next ten thousand years and cutting off her path to ascend wouldn't be going too far, especially since Suo Haoran could pay a hefty price to reverse it if he cared enough. This was the authority that supreme existences had.

In the Dark Void, a piercing beam of light bloomed across the skies of countless planets, streaking with a dazzling golden glint that was excessively beautiful to bear witness to. It originated from the Creation Zone and soared true into the Transformation Zone, traveling sextillions upon sextillions of miles.

Nothing could stop it.

And its speed was faster than light itself. It was a javelin.

Within the subspace realm, Long Shiya's eyes bulged as he looked at Suo Haoran with incredulity. "YOU—"

BOOM!!!

A heaven-shaking, galaxy-shocking explosion erupted at this moment, creating a gorgeous blip in the vast starry skies of glittering gold. It was almost as if an absolute-sized star was born there.

Long Shiya's form grew hazy.

Suo Haoran coldly spat, "Apologize." It was a single word yet it carried an unwavering conviction to fight to the absolute death with no hesitation. Even the Golden Night Sovereign and Dongfang Yue were shaken deeply. Did he just launch a galaxy-wide ranged attack without even hesitating?!

HOLY!

Long Shiya scowled viciously. Before Long Shiya could even say anything else, another beam of light, this time it was a darker gold, far stronger than the other one. It soared at three times the speed of the first! In some of the skies, the first beam arrived first, but the second beam left their sky first!

"!!!" Long Shiya was sent into a state of abject shock. Every iota of Resonant Qi of the Heavens was exceedingly precious and incredibly difficult to recover. Exhausting anything more than their weakest strength even depleted their consolidated cultivation foundation, much like how Dongfang Yue had lost all three hundred thousand years in one go. You can say godly strength came with severe limitations. That said, they could still effortlessly dispatch Sages without losing much of their consolidated qi. They were Supreme Existences!

BOOM!!!!

The second explosion was even more intense! The entire Transformation Zone was trembling! Suo Haoran's eyes became cold and unfeeling as death itself.

"Apologize," he was deathly serious.

"Crazy!" Long Shiya spat.

Just as another golden light was being born into existence, even darker than the last, he relented with a heavy huff that consumed every ounce of his pride: "I apologize!"

"For?" Suo Haoran's voice grew even colder. Long Shiya could only close his eyes and clench his teeth. He turned to Tianshi Ya, "I apologize for my disrespect earlier. I acted too aggressively."

Dongfang Yue and Golden Night Sovereign were rendered speechless.

Tianshi Ya was in utter awe. In fact, the entire galaxy would be shaken to learn that a Supreme Sage had apologized for anything in this world! Her heart flooded with a warmth that only a strong man could provide a woman, and she felt as if she finally understood what it meant to be loved more than life itself. Suo Haoran looked at her and she smiled brightly.

"I accept your apology." Only then did Suo Haoran retract the resonant qi of his true body that was accumulating to launch a third strike. He ignored the stunned looks as he stared at the Original Dawn Palace. He noticed that Su Yi and Wei Wuyin were in a room together, chatting over drinks.

Meanwhile, he felt a gentle warmth envelop his palm as Tianshi Ya held it with both her hands, gazing at him with a loving, tender gaze. She didn't need to say thanks, that gesture alone was enough.

In his heart, any exhausted resonant qi was worth that gaze.
