“This is where you will die.” The Frost High Elf Warrior stated as his return of energy is quicker compared to what Frey is receiving right now.

The Frost High Elf Warrior released sword waves filled with the power of permafrost. Each strike that hit Frey on the body would instantly cover that part of her body with ice. Even the aura armor that Frey is wearing would get affected by it. Even Frey’s spear could be seen being coated in frost as permafrost does not just freeze living beings but also inanimate objects.

“Surrender, Valkyrie. I know that you could end this skill if you wanted to.” The Frost High Elf Warrior stated as he knew that powerful skills that forces enemies to fight against each other should have some ways to entirely avoid the fight.

“Unfortunately for you, you are trapped in here with me as well. There is no shortcut to this battle because you determined the absolute rules when you spoke. You can only leave if you are able to defeat me in combat.” Frey stated as she gained some distance from the Frost High Elf Warrior.

The Frost High Elf Warrior has already gained an idea on how to defeat Frey as he memorized how she used her distance against him. The Frost High Elf Warrior made use of the fact that Frey could not attack any enemy that closes the gap by a meter. Frey could use other means of attacks like kicks or punches, but those kinds of attacks will not defeat the Frost High Elf Warrior.

“You are not using the Might of the Allfather. Have you been abandoned by him?” The Frost High Elf Warrior suddenly noticed as this was the power that made him fear Valkyries the most.

He was there when the Valkyries massacred the frost elves in battle. He was there when they raged in battle coated in a silvery aura that radiated death all over. The Frost High Elf Warrior was wary that Frey would be able to use this energy as well, but he noticed that she never activated it upon their battle. He thought that Frey was just saving this as a trump card, but she was slowly dying to his attacks because of his permafrost energy.

“To think that I am correct! You no longer have the power to call upon the Might of the Allfather! The Valkyries have been abandoned by their master. The God Odin has shunned his precious guard and no longer bestows them his might. This is information that will be very useful to us as the Valkyries could now be wiped out by us!” The Frost High Elf Warrior stated as the power that the God Odin bestowed onto the Valkyries is what really terrified the frost elves and frost high elves.

“My sisters and I no longer need the power of that vile god because he was never our true master. The Valkyries do not fight for the God Odin, but they fight for the good of the people that believe in the gods affiliated with the Goddess Freyja.” Frey stated with pride, but her statement did not resonate with the Frost High Elf Warrior.

“You say that but the only thing we feared back then was the God Odin. Now that he is no longer the master of the Valkyries, all of you are just weak women that can be easily killed.” The Frost High Elf Warrior stated as he activated all of the permafrost energy that he can wield as his fear of the Valkyries is no more.

The Frost High Elf Warrior suddenly exploded in permafrost energy as his entire body is coated with it. The Frost High Elf Warrior could be seen wearing a different armor that is made up of clear blue ice while his sword also doubled in length. He also summoned a steed that is made entirely out of ice that is alive. He was able to do this despite only having half of his total energy being available for use.

[The Frost High Elf Warrior has entered Permafrost Knight form.]

[All damage from the Frost High Elf Warrior is doubled and will apply Frostbite.]

[If you get ten stacks of frostbite then an explosion of ice will occur on the part of your body that has the most stacks of frostbite. The explosion will deal 5% of your maximum health.]

“Get ready to meet your deceased sisters, Valkyrie.” The Frost High Elf Warrior stated as he pointed his sword at Frey while riding the ice steed that he summoned.

The Arena of Valkyries might not be large, but it was spacious enough to ride a mount. The frozen sword of the Frost High Elf Warrior dragged onto the floor, and it literally froze it with just a touch. The Frost High Elf Warrior charged with his summoned steed which prompted Frey to dodge as the speed at which the enemy traveled was too fast for her to counterattack.

“Just accept your death, Valkyrie. This will make it easier for both of us.” The Frost High Elf Warrior stated with a mocking tone.

“Dying would not be bad but killing you is my goal. I will make sure to separate your head from that body from all the venomous words you have said to me, my sisters, and my goddess. Goddess Descent!” Frey shouted as a pillar of golden light descended upon her body.

The Frost High Elf Warrior tried to stop the descent of the Goddess Freyja onto Frey’s body, but he was repelled by the intense divine energy. Frey’s armor changed as well as it was now made out of lights that flickered in different colors and the aura around her changed as well. The Frost High Elf Warrior did not panic though as he could feel that Frey’s transformation was incomplete as he was not getting oppressed with divine energy compared to when the God Odin descended back then.
