The morning began and everyone went about their day with Calista finally leaving Kyle and Aiysha alone.

“I-I’m glad to hear that,” Aiysha said but her voice cracked, she was astonished because of the way Kyle looked at her.

This was no doubt a humiliation ritual because Cleopatra was fully clothed and this man looked like he could be on the cover of Vogue’s magazine.

“That is enough, you pig,” Cleopatra said before kicking him hard across the force, sending the smaller man flying.

She knew that there was no way Kyle came about his wealth legally and these establishments of his that popped out of thin air were suspicious, to say the least.

She couldn’t wrap her head around it but it was something that she knew she had to accept, the possibility that Kyle had acquaintances in the underworld.

This was a place no normal person could mingle in without selling a part of his soul but how did he get into contact with Ella and Jane?

She wasn’t worried for her sister’s sake, of course as this was solely personal.

However, she made progress in discovering who Kyle was and that had to do with his last family.

The only past family of his who remained in the country as the others had relocated.

The man she kicked was on his knees with his bloodied nose, the look in his eyes genuinely looked like he hated her but what was he doing here if this was the case?

It was simple, money. This was the power of money as it could make any situation possible.

Cleopatra looked at the man and he quickly looked away but all this elicited a smile from her.

“It looks like I still have to punish you…” She muttered under her breath and the man looked genuinely frightened.

There were chains and binds on the bed but this wasn’t for pleasure, it looked like it was for torture.

“I-I’m sorry! I didn’t mean to!” The man tried to plead his case but there was something strange about this entire situation.

If he didn’t enjoy it, he could always walk which meant he couldn’t even if he wanted to.

That was the case as this showed a glimpse of how sadistic Cleopatra was but not only that, it also showed that she might be associated with people from the underworld as well which wouldn’t be a surprise.

If this was the case, Kyle had made an enemy he might not be able to defeat with his system and his skills alone.
