Li Qiye waved, allowing him to rise.
“What did you bring for the ancestor?” Tortoise laughed.
“I don’t know which plants are required but since Brother Virtue offered his beloved mind-refinement, I can’t make a fool out of myself.” Dragon-pill said.
“Boom!” He summoned a gigantic alchemy garden and said: “Ancestor, I spent eras working on this garden. There are several rare medicines, please take a look and see if they can be of use.”

“Such flowery words.” Virtue laughed.
“Hundred-dao Tea.” Tortoise said: “If I remember correctly, the price wasn’t cheap when you got it.”
This tree was only half a head taller than an average man. However, it gave the impression of being a monumental peak.
The branches were old with thick barks resembling dragon scales. Standing before the tree made one think they were standing before a dragon's lair. The dragons inside could fly out at any moment.
The tea fragrance wafted in the air. The leaves released dao laws and runes, forming an independent domain. Entering this made dao enlightenment more attainable.
“I don’t want to talk about it, I had to toil for Splendor Monarch for years, being ordered to refine pills like a servant. That old geezer had such a terrible personality.” Dragon-pill complained.

“This is a trap.” Dragon-pill had no choice but to take out his hidden tea: “Ancestor, please accept this tea as a token of my respect.”
“How wonderful, drinking this tea beneath the tree.” Virtue prepared a jade table.
“You always kept it to yourself but now, we get to drink it too thanks to the ancestor.” Tortoise laughed and boiled the tea.
The group happily enjoyed the tea and chatted.
Meanwhile, Alch-deer and Huntblade were preoccupied with visiting emperors on the other main peaks.
They couldn’t be so direct about their goal or they would be kicked out instantly.
“What ancestor?” Solar Monarch was in a terrible mood due to his setback at Star Ocean. He nearly died from the tailwhip, not to mention the humiliation.

There were three official ancestors in Desolate Frontier - Absolute, North Kun, and Whale.
Absolute and Whale weren’t necessarily older than all emperors. Thus, they couldn’t command them based on seniority alone.
Tenth-ten Chen was another example - a being comparable to primal ancestors but couldn’t order them either.
The only two capable of giving direct commands were Everlasting Jiang and North Kun God. The former was Desolate Ancestor’s ancient ancestor, possessing the highest prestige since the old age.
North Kun God, albeit not as old, was still Desolate Ancestor’s official disciple. In the absence of Xianting, he stood at the top of the branch.
“We don’t know the specifics, but Wisdom Ancestor addressed him as her ancestor, so he is our ancestor as well.” Huntblade said.
Solar Monarch frowned, not appreciating the unknown ancestor’s demand.
