Chapter 3335: Careful From Here
One might be wondering, why don't they use the Spaceship more often? The reason for that is pretty simple... and Rean's ugly expression after they came out of the fabric of space made it obvious. "This shit is expensive as fuck!"
The spaceship came out of space in the country of Gluyi, which was the neighbor of Olanstel. In that short journey of simple twenty countries, over ten thousand Divine Stones of Rank Three were used, dwindling Rean's reserves by quite a bit.
"There is nothing we can do about it," Rifindio shrugged. "This Spaceship was made to travel in the Mortal World, where the Space is countless times weaker than the Divine Realm. It is very convenient that we can also use it here, but also expensive. There is an advantage, though. Ships that can travel through space in the Divine Realm are quite expensive themselves. We are saving a lot of money by using our own."
Rean then looked to the side, looking at Zangeshu and reaching a decision. "Zangeshu, once we get some free time, we will upgrade this piece of shit. Understood?"
If it had to do with Circuitry Formations, Zangeshu was all for it. "Sure. We can even ignore everything going on outside and start working right away. How about that?"
Rean shook his head, though. "We first have to find that source of Starlight Energy. Don't worry; we will have time once we acquire the source the System pointed us to."
Roan ignored that, waving his hand, and making the entire Spaceship disappear. Everyone then appeared outside in a remote region. Rifindio selected this location exactly because he didn't want anyone to see the Spaceship. Rean could hide it, but it was better to be safe than sorry.
"Kentucky, the rest of the way is up to you," Roan said, then he also returned to the Dimensional Realm.
Kentucky had no complaints there. "Well, as long as I don't have to cultivate, I'm fine with whatever. Who else is flying there with me?"
"I'll go with you," Rifindio quickly joined Kentucky's side.
Zangeshu, obviously, didn't even need to ask before Rean sent him back to the Dimensional Realm. The guy had no interest in such things.
Rean decided to follow Kentucky and Rifindio since he was the best at the Light and Divine Sense Bending. Soon, their trio was formed. Rifindio didn't change into his Camazotz Bat form. Instead, he continued in his humanoid form and joined Kentucky's back with Rean. He had a higher cultivation, but he was still much slower than Kentucky. With a flap of his wings, Kentucky shot into the distance, leaving a powerful gale of wind behind.
Rifindio had brought them near the border with Olanstel, so it only took Kentucky a few minutes to reach it with his speed. Yet, as soon as he got to the border, Sister Orb's warning arrived.
[Detection Formation ahead, a pretty big one.]
Kentucky stopped in mid-air. There didn't seem to be anything there, but Sister Orb wouldn't be wrong about such things. "Do we keep going forward?"
"That depends," Rean said. "Sister Orb, can you hack into it quickly?"
[I'm checking... Tch, everything here is at the Divine Level.]
"Well, Roan and my cultivations are already in the Sky Void Tempering Realm. The system's processing power should be much better now than back then, no?" Rean asked.
[It is, and I can hack into it, but it will take a few hours. Oh, wait! There is no need to hack into
it.]
"Why?" The trio asked.
[It is a Divine Sense type detection formation. You should be able to hide from it quite easily with Rean's Divine Sense Bending Skill.]
"If you say so..." Rean nodded and increased the power of his skill, just to be sure.
Finally, Kentucky passed through the border, and they entered the formation. After traveling for a few thousand kilometers, they passed through the detection formation area, arriving in Olanstel Country properly.
*Pin!*
It was also at this moment that the system's voice echoed in the twins' minds.
[Abyssal Path Detected. With the Abyssal Soul's Innate Ability, the Hosts can enter the Abyssal Path without suffering the risks of the transfer.]
"Anyssal path, uh?" Rean murmured.
Rean focused on the Celestial Soul Dimensional Realm. "Sister Orb, the system didn't tell us the direction of the Abyssal Path, just that it detected its existence. Is it in the Valames Valley direction?"
[That's correct. It is exactly in the same direction you guys are flying, although we are still quite far.]
Even a simple country in the Divine Realm would usually have a much bigger length than the biggest planets in the Mortal World, so the fact they entered the Olanstel Country didn't mean they were close.
*Zush!*
Roan appeared outside, looking in the direction where the Valames City was located. "It is most likely connected to our Source of Starlight Energy. I was planning to wait inside the Dimensional Realm, but I will wait outside as well."
"What are you talking about?" Rifindio asked; he obviously didn't hear the system.
Rean then told him and Kentucky about the system's voice, and they finally understood. "I see... I've never seen the Great Void Shifter before, so this Abyssal Path your system detected might be the closest thing to it that we can test at the moment."
"Perhaps you are right," Rean, Roan, and Kentucky nodded.
"Kentucky, full speed ahead. Just don't overdo it so you don't get tired," Roan asked.
Kentucky's wings filled with Light and Dark Element, and the power of space gathered around him. "Then hold on."
*Zash!*
Immediately, Kentucky's speed increased several-fold, only stopping at the limit of what he could keep up with without diminishing his reserves of Sky Energy. Nonetheless, it still took Kentucky over half a day to get to the west side of Olanstel, where Valames Valley and City could be found.
"You can stop now, Kentucky," Rean said, patting his back.
Kentucky halted in mid-air, rapidly changing back into his humanoid form. "Are they there?"
Rean nodded. "Yes. There are plenty of Divine Senses in that direction. We need to be careful from here."
