“I see… Sounds really useful!” I nodded. “But… well, I’m afraid we might leave for a day or two. As we are planning to go somewhere.”

“Somewhere?” Wondered Rose.

“Where to?” Albert asked.

I looked at Mark, touching his hand and like this, managing to share thoughts through telepathic messages between one another.

“Should we tell them where we are going, or is it better to lie?” I asked him.

“Hmmm, I don’t know for sure. Telling them might work… And they’ll be fine with it, or they’ll be shocked and angered,” Mark said.

“A-Angered? I don’t know if they would go so far…” I told him. “Perhaps we should tell them, this way they can guard the Domain while we are out.”

“Yeah… I guess we don’t have any other options,” Mark agreed.

And so, we decided to tell them everything regarding our little trip to Avalon…

And although they didn’t get angered, Rose, Albert, and even more Olivia were left completely bewildered by what we were going to do.

“W-What in the world are you thinking you’re doing?!” Rose gasped. “I-It’s too dangerous, Elayne! You plan to go the Dream and Nightmare Realm and use it to access Avalon?!”

“Wow… I had no idea you were going to visit two different Realms in a row like that, you know they’re as big as our planet right?” Albert asked. “They’re enormous…”

“A-Are they?!” I wondered, a bit surprised. “Um well, we are doing this for Katherine.”

“I am… moved!” Olivia suddenly said, unlike Rose and Albert, she was in tears. “To think you would go so far for your fairy friend! Ah, Elayne! I also once had a friend that was a fairy I contracted for only a year… When she left, it was perhaps the saddest moment of my childhood! Even now I remember her fondly.”

“Y-You’re moved?!” I asked in disbelief. “I am quite surprised from your reaction, Olivia… I really thought you would oppose me.”

“Well it is certainly very dangerous, but if the King of Fairies himself has sent Fae to protect you, and even sent you a love letter, I think it wouldn’t be too bad to go see him,” Olivia winked at me. “If you use your charm well, you could gain an incredible ally akin to a powerful god! However dealing with Fae and Fairies by itself can be extremely tricky, they are known for being deceivers and liking to play pranks on people. They often times are also known for being rather cold and heartless in actuality.”

“I-I didn’t knew all of that, my first experience with them has been… Um, well, rather nice,” I smiled.

Recalling Queen Titania, Nieve, Florie, and the rest of the Fairies of the Forest of Beginnings only makes me smile, they’re all wonderful people and a wonderful nation as well. It is amazing how such small people could build the biggest metropolis on the continent. Yes, the city is larger and more technologically advanced than the Luminous Kingdom, and the Dwarven Kingdom too.

But I suppose the Fairies from Arcadia are too different from the Fairies of Earth or well, Avalon, right? Those from Arcadia are technically also Spirits and Fae I suppose, but their bodies are much more “solid”, and they could be said to be pseudo-spirit people, born from the Yggdrasil tree itself.

Meanwhile, I don’t know the origins of the Fairies from Avalon/Earth, aside from being born inside of Avalon itself… Do they have an Yggdrasil or something of the sort to begin with?

For now these Fairies or Fae seem more Spiritual than the ones from Arcadia… While Arcadia’s Fairies are more Physical and more connected to that world’s Physical Plane, the ones from here are very separate from the Physical Plane and very connected to the Spiritual Plane, where Realm of Avalon is located.

Could these differences exist because of Arcadia and Earth’s differences? In Earth the Magical and Spiritual is suppressed and not as widespread, hidden from plain sight. Meanwhile, Arcadia is a magical world where magical things, spirits, and monsters are not hidden anywhere.

It could even be said that while the population of humans is so much smaller than in Earth, Arcadia is a stronger world than Earth… And one that many people would desire to step into, but which remains mostly unknown to most.

But if these Warlocks knew I was in the game busy when they attacked back then, then does that means they know about Arcadia? Then why haven’t we seen them in the game playing with avatars or something? Do they not know the complete information?

Well, makes sense, perhaps the Demon King of Death doesn’t want these bastards in his world either, so he has only contacted them partially and held most of the truth of Arcadia for himself.

He also probably doesn’t know much about how to access this world, he’s only a Demon King that knows Players exist in another world, this world known as Earth.

But even if his generals have entered this world, they have shown little interest in investigating this world’s culture or anything of the sort and seem mostly focused on destruction and chaos. Meanwhile, he himself probably doesn’t know everything either, as he’s seeing things through the perspective of a monster in Arcadia and not a Player.

He probably has no idea how Players’ log-in inside the game, how our powers exactly work, how the planet truly is, and even less anything related with things such as factions and such. Though still, he had enough connections or the capacity to contact the warlocks somehow.

Perhaps they summoned his presence by accident? Maybe, because I can’t picture a skeleton walking around the city looking for cultists to talk with.

Well, whatever the case, I cannot really get any answers right now, I better just focus on the present and what we have to do right now.

“Is that so? Well, I’m glad for you, I also have a good experience with them regardless of what my father would say sometimes…” Olivia smiled. “Katherine is her name, right? May I see her?”
